▶Objectives
The overarching goal of the project was to contribute to a better understanding of the concepts related to ecological and social transformation in the European Union, in line with the directives stemming from the European Green Deal outlined by the Commission. To raise awareness among a segment of civil society (particularly those linked to formal and non-formal education), we set three operational objectives: • Organizing a series of public meetings in various formats to discuss alternative concepts and models, such as the imperial mode of living, the Green New Deal, and the European Green Deal—exploring their scope and limitations. • Developing materials to "translate" academic insights on these topics into accessible resources for school and adult education. • Establishing close cooperation among the project’s partner institutions, jointly analyzing key challenges and holding internal training sessions for their members.
