Objectives

The RURALED project aims to develop transversal skills for adult learners and rural residents in order to address the gaps, problems, and needs of rural areas in implementing an inclusive Smart Village Strategy. By focusing on innovative and participatory methods of education and training, the project will tackle the digital divide between rural and urban areas and the urban bias that this divide entails.
