The overall goal of the project is to support the implementation of digital transformation plans in guidance institutions and to foster the creation of new hybrid processes of lifelong educational and career guidance - incorporating personal guidance and digital offers for different groups of clients. This goal shall be achieved through quality development and capacity building in guidance services.
