Objectives

We wanted to achieve the following objectives: • To identify the unique social competencies needed by millennials to navigate the complexities of the modern world. • To accurately assess the level of social skills. • To provide personalized feedback to individuals on their social skills and specific areas for improvement. • To develop targeted training paths aimed at improving social skills among millennials. • To contribute to the body of knowledge on social skills assessment and development. The ultimate objective was to increase the level of social and personal competencies of millennials to improve their professional careers.
