TEASER specifically supports the acquisition and development of digital skills of vocational training staff with regard to the learning-based use of AI (chatbots) and avatars in practical vocational training in chemistry, IT and mechatronics. This promotes modern and digitally supported teaching and learning, the digital transformation in educational institutions, as well as the underpinning of the requirements of the EU Digital Education Action Plan of the Actions 5, 6 and 8.

The TEASER project management ensures a professional implementation of development, testing, evaluation and transfer of the planned teaching and learning scenarios and enables the acquisition and exchange of experience among the participating institutions, e.g. in the context of project-related qualification measures and public relations measures such as social media and a own podcast, to reach the general public and the specialist public.

The TEASER results include the creation of didactic guidelines for the use of AI and avatars in training as well as a strategy guide for management staff for strategic support. Teaser creates at least 10 customized teaching and learning scenarios. Up to 88 trainers are qualified. The experiences are bundled in an online course. The planned online and offline promotional measures will reach 87,106 representatives from education, business, and science.
