Objectives

Health professionals working in a challenging environment, e.g. carrying for dying patients. The capability for emotional self-regulation, like managing negative emotions seems clear, but a majority shows a low capability. The overall objective is to develop, test and implement a simulation game (digital&physical) for health professionals based on emotional self-regulation, because they offer the opportunity to act in a complex and dynamic environment and deal with situations involving conflicts
