Inclutrain extends is a cooperation partnership that aims to develop further approaches in inclusive, person-centered vocational training, based on methods developed and experiences made in previous Inclutrain projects. The project pursues to establish and disseminate inclusive forms of education. A key element of the person-centered method is, that not a specific professional profile is aimed to reach, but individual qualities and competences are put into focus of the training.

Inclusive training activities for people with and without disabilities are carried out. Based on practical experience from the trainings, the methodological approaches are further developed and documented. Employees of the partners (with and without disabilities) are trained as trainers or experts in their own account. Furthermore, modules for educational settings are developed to promote the dissemination of the inclusive training approach.

The methodological approaches are available as supplements to the Inclutrain manual. Modules of the inclusive person-centred training approach are available and have been introduced in different training settings. Employees of the partners and external persons were introduced to methods of person-centred vocational training within the inclusive training activities. Employees with and without disabilities are trained as trainers and experts in their own account.
