▶Objectives
We focused on and tried to achieve these goals: - facilitated the sharing of effective and innovative practices and experiences among European schools through the creation of teaching materials aimed at enhancing students' knowledge of cultural heritage. - encouraged the mobility of students and teachers to different schools to raise awareness of how European values and issues of diversity are addressed in various educational systems. - develop students' research skills, literacy, digital capacities, and cross-surricular skill, including critical thinking, collaboration, initiative and communication. - updated and enhanced the professional competencies of teachers in relation to methodologies, dynamics and activities that foster an understanding of common humanity culture, enhancing their knowledge and skills for designing and organizing lessons and activities that promote awareness of multicultural issues among students.
▶Activities
We implemented the following activities: - enhanced students' language proficiency / development of linguistic skills: boosted self-assurance, overcoming language obstacles - students' engagement in project-based activities: crafted a drama script, participated in games and quizzes related to the characters and artworks, produced a short film and set up a blog. - enhancement of student's cultural awareness - staged a play focused on significant individuals - disigned a logo - made presentations about an extraordinary protagonist ("heroes") - made a mini-lesson
