With the onset of the Covid pandemic, social interaction has decreased due to the rise of uncontrolled digital addictions, while developing technology has accelerated individualization. UNESCO's "Education for All" reports revealed that during the pandemic, disadvantaged groups became more disconnected from education, and digital education was insufficient in terms of inclusivity. In this context, the project developed aimed to improve attitudes towards immigrants and individuals with disabilities, and to foster individuals equipped with empathy, social-emotional intelligence, and soft skills. Inclusive education methods were implemented to reduce early school leaving, and it was observed that individuals with high social intelligence were more effective in coping with challenges. Additionally, the importance of individual awareness and participation in solving environmental issues, such as climate change, was emphasized, and the contribution of digital tools to inclusive education was highlighted. The project aimed to increase the digital capacities of schools and make them more inclusive.

We successfully carried out all the activities we targeted and planned in the project form. Our project started as planned and ended as planned. The activities we planned and completed, along with the countries that carried them out, are listed below: TURKEY - Soft Skills Development Workshop for Students: This workshop aimed to develop students' soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and empathy. CROATIA - Inclusive Education with Digital Tools: Using digital tools, inclusive education methods were developed to ensure greater involvement of students with disabilities and migrants in the educational process. CZECH REPUBLIC - Social Development of Emotional Intelligence Workshop: Participants learned how emotional intelligence can improve social relationships and its impact on enhancing social cohesion. GERMANY - Communication Skills in the Social and Digital World: This workshop focused on developing communication skills for effective interaction in the digital and social world, providing participants with empathetic and effective communication strategies for digital platforms.

The tangible outcomes of our project can be summarized as follows: -Soft Skills Development: Students developed skills such as empathy, communication, and teamwork, becoming more sensitive to the challenges faced by disabled and migrant students in the classroom. -Reduction in Early School Leaving: To what extent the early school leaving rate among migrant students was reduced to 5% through activities that promote empathy and social intelligence will be seen in future times. -Intercultural Communication: Language skills and intercultural communication were strengthened, increasing the acceptance rate of students from different cultures. -Digital Inclusive Education: The digital capacities of schools were enhanced, and inclusive education practices were developed through the use of digital tools. -Social Intelligence Data: Data on social intelligence development was collected and transformed into a knowledge pool for inclusive education. -European Common Identity: Students and teachers learned European common values and embraced a European identity through cultural interactions and soft skills workshops. -Erasmus+ Opportunities: Institutions reached EU quality standards by offering Erasmus+ opportunities.
