▶Objectives
School development and pupils’ successful learning can be increased by professional development of the teaching staff including student teachers. Professional learning communities (PLCs) are highly respected for this but need to improve on inquiry & reflection in the divers groups to achieve new learning with transfer to innovative practice. By investing in capacity building of PLC leaders & facilitators we support PLCs around Europe to increase the quality of collaboration in schools.
