The focus of the project 'EduMento' is on the development of a multilingual online training for mentors who guide mentees (interns/trainees/young teachers) in school practice. On the one hand, the online training is intended to train teachers with a mentoring function in Europe and to offer them support in the mentoring process. On the other hand, it serves the target group of mentees, as they can work together professionally with their mentors through the app developed for this purpose.
