Objectives

PROCEED’s goal is to promote the social and economic inclusion of disadvantaged NEETs between 17 and 26 years old by strengthening their employability through civic engagement and market relevant job readiness training, build the capacity of youth workers in Greece, Italy, Germany and Cyprus in the field of civic engagement and employability of disadvantaged NEETs and increase national and transnational cooperation to promote the socio-economic inclusion of disadvantaged NEETs.

Activities

The PROCEED partners will develop an open toolkit for youth workers with guidance and tools for the PROCEED model application in their daily work, to promote the socio-economic inclusion of marginalized youth and will train them to build their capacities and strengthen their knowledge. The partners will enroll target beneficiaries in the pilot of the model. Other activities include two transnational meetings, multiplier events in all countries and the creation of a Community of Practice.

Impact

The project will deliver 2 transnational learning workshops, 4 training events, 4 multiplier events and 3 intellectual outputs. 80 youth workers and practitioners will improve knowledge and strengthen capacity through their participation in trainings; 12 youth workers will participate in exchange study visits; 80 marginalised youth will be supported through the PROCEED model; 175 participants will take part in multiplier events; 3 meetings of a Community of Practice will take place.
