Objectives

-To enable transformation and change in the support of organizations and professionals for greater employability of young people. - To develop novel knowledge on young people’s mental and emotion wellbeing during the school to work transition - To provide professionals with tools to recognize and address young people’s mental and emotional wellbeing during the transition to work - To raise awareness on de-stigmatization of young people’s mental and emotional needs

Activities

- Project management, quality monitoring, risk handling - Quantitative and qualitative research, focus groups with professionals - Development, piloting, review and translation of a toolkit targeted to professionals - Awareness campaign - Dissemination of the results in institutional channels and in the academics community - 4 TPMs - 1 LTTA - 10 MEs - 1 international ME

Impact

- a research report titled “Young people’s mental health needs in the school-to-work transition: a comparative report on youth and professionals needs in Germany, Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Poland” (WP1) - a toolkit targeted to professionals with resources to deal with youth emotional and mental health (WP2) - an international campaign on mental and emotional needs of youth in school to work transition (WP3)
