Objectives

Through this project we aim at raising awareness and understanding of detrimental effects that mainstream food systems have on individual, environmental, economic and community health and well-being and support ecological transition and the process of transformation to sustainable food systems. We aim to strengthen transnational partnership and co-operation among youth organizations and equip youth workers with effective tools for the advocacy of transition to sustainable food systems.

The recipes in all the chapters will be designed in a form of a combination of 60-seconds videos, photos, text and presented on the website and promoted on social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok). A digital literacy cookbook will be designed so that it can be used in the future by youth workers and young people.
