The objective of SEEDS 4 Youth is to capacitate youth workers in the process of strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of young migrants for the development of inclusive and sustainable enterprises. The youth workers get to exchange diverse practices, test new methodologies and innovate their local youth work. The aim is to promote circular economies and local (community) assets that enable youth to become entrepreneurial.

At the heart of this cooperation is an intense exchange among youth workers about practices that improve entrepreneurial opportunities for migrant youth, with a focus on local, sustainable solutions. Through international trainings, testing practices, job shadowing and the harvesting of the lessons learned, they innovate their way of working and can support more youth. Additional activities are oriented towards developing a handbook and documentary, and multiplying the lessons learned publicly.

Besides very tangible outputs such as the handbook, the documentary and events, the project will have an essential impact on the landscape of youth work in the partner countries: youth workers will feel equipped to innovate and improve their ways of working. They will engage with relevant stakeholders and their local community to collectively support youth with migration backgrounds and sustainable developments on a macro level. As a result, more youth will benefit and become entrepreneurial.
