▶Objectives
The end of working life can be associated with the loss of an important role in personal identity and social status. This situation may result in separation from society due to the loss of social support and networks. The share of the elderly who live alone after retirement In Europe is 32.1 %, In Denmark 32.1 %, in Sweden 39.0 %, in Germany 33.7 %, and in Türkiye 25 %. With this project, we generally aimed to develop pensioners' skills in 3 different areas so that pensioners could spend more effective and quality time in their new lives to keep their integration into society and ensure their well-being. Our objectives were: 1- To increase the digital, artistic, and physical skills of pensioners; 2- To create open access resources for pensioners and adult educators; 3- To support the psychophysical functioning of pensioners, their active and digital participation in social life, and create cultural awareness. We aimed to enhance pensioners' well-being by improving their digital, artistic, and physical skills, ensuring they stay integrated in society. Additionally, we sought to create open access resources for pensioners and adult educators while promoting active participation, psychophysical health, and cultural awareness.
