The Coding4Win project aimed to empower women NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) by enhancing their digital literacy, coding skills, and ICT competencies. Recognizing the structural barriers that prevent this group from accessing adult education, the project set out to create flexible, inclusive learning pathways tailored to their needs. Key objectives included: Developing engaging educational resources through the Coding4Win Curriculum, Digital Learning Hub, and Serious Game, ensuring access to top digital skills sought by employers. Enhancing employability by equipping women NEETs with coding and ICT knowledge, fostering confidence and competence in digital work environments. Reducing the digital gender gap by encouraging active participation from women in technology-driven careers and lifelong learning. Strengthening adult educators' capacities, providing them with effective tools and methodologies to teach digital skills interactively.
