โ–ถObjectives

AAA focuses on capacity building within three target groups: artists and cultural workers of foreign background; artistic and cultural organizations; and government agencies and policy makers. Objective 1 to build capacity within each organization through research; to design and develop methodologies and blueprints; testing programmes at organisational or sectoral level. This was implemented in the study visits, through observant participation and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) strategies. Objective 2 to increase the quality of adult and lifelong learning education, in particular via the guidance material and training/mentoring pathways. The partners co-created blueprints for diversity training for organizations and for a mentorship programme to be implemented by institutions for their members. Objective 3 To enable the European arts and culture sector to change practices towards migrant artists and cultural workers, adopt new approaches by exchanging new methods as well as sharing and confronting assumptions. The partners approached this as a knowledge production and sharing task reflecting on the existing literature and guides addressing diversity and inclusion in the arts and culture ecosystem.
