Experimental archaeology is an attempt to recreate the structure of ancient artefacts to learn about past societies, demonstrate and analyse how civilizations have developed and how technological advancements evolved (Cooney, 2014). TraCE aims to promote awareness of archaeology as an interdisciplinary educational approach for students between 11-15 years old, promoting students' interest and excellence in STEAM education (linking STEM with Humanities).
