▶Objectives
The objective of the project is to promote sustainable local economic development by providing career guidance in the green economy and creating concrete job opportunities for youth. The project aims to identify and disseminate best practices, improve the capacity of youth workers and educators, and engage with stakeholders in the green economy to enhance the employability of youth. Ultimately, the project seeks to foster the growth of a sustainable and inclusive green economy in Europe.
▶Activities
The activities that will be implemented include research and analysis of the green economy in each partner country, the development of a structured approach and guidelines for identifying and collecting green economy best practices. Also, activities will include development of training materials for youth workers, educators, and career counsellors to enhance their skills and knowledge related to career guidance in the green economy.
▶Impact
It is expected that the youth workers will gain innovative tools, knowledge and skills to become career guides in the green economy and effectively engage with young people interested in this field, through the combination of best practices, innovative digital tools and theoretical knowledge. It is also expected that the use of the identified skills and knowledge needed in Europe in the green economy field and the creation of tailored education and guidance based on the local community's needs
