Objectives

FREELANCER is fully in line with Erasmus+ priorities: Digital transformation, market-adapted and more flexible VET. FREELANCER will: - support freelancers by providing up-to-date training to help them cope with digital transformation, adapt to labour market and provide new opportunities through self-employment; - adapt VET to market needs via mapping and training development, increase its flexibility via FREELANCER Digital OER Platform. - enrich the provision of formal/non-formal VET across EU

Activities

Apart from PM and financial management, Q&A and P&S, partners will carry out the following: 1. Identify capacity gaps and skill needs for self-employability 2.Design innovative multilingual training to acquire skills to enhance self-employability 3. Develop a multilingual Digital OER platform to make results widely available to VET operators and job-seekers, underemployed/temporarily unemployed and entrepreneurs 4.Test and validate the main results with at least 120 target groups.

Impact

Results will be - At least 120 targets trained - Report to map self-employability challenges - Free tested trainings in 5 languages delivered online via Digital OER Platform - Impact on jobseekers, entrepreneurs, VET system in support of entrepreneurship - Increased competitiveness of freelancers - Enhanced VET to adapt to markets’ needs FREELANCER bridges gaps with up-to-date training & tools specifically targeted at freelancers in a pan-European perspective
