The project contributes towards increased take-up and inclusiveness of adult education by providing training and strategic digital inclusion actors with a functional framework, tools and resources to support the adaptation of digital skills trainings to the needs of leaners in various digitally vulnerable groups (DVGs). It will offer focused research on the conditions, vulnerability factors and digital needs of individuals in DVGs that are essential to a learner's centered approach.
