▶Activities
PLAN THE INNOVATION Partners collect practices, tools, methods and case studies that they will be used as a starting point for the MEET and LEARN workshops methodology. The partners prepare the MEET&LEARN workshop program - the method is then refined and enriched using the best practices and case studies collected, partners expertise and more importantly by the new energies brought by the consortium. TEST INNOVATION Partners create and run the 1 weeklong innovative workshop in Barcellona. The event aims at offering an all-in-one experience that will speed-up women ambition by (a) increasing women’s ability to work and cooperate in a multicultural environment, (b) facilitating their ability to create new networks and get in contact with peers, potential client or business partners (c) and help them in planning their internationalization with the help of the participants at the event. ENSURE USABILITY WITH EDUCATORS The toolkit prepared to support the workshop is assessed by partners that finalize it and make it available on partners social media and website. SHARE OWNERSHIP AND DIFFUSE RESULTS Each partner will send their representatives to the event. The event is used to present the project’s results and to ensure visibility

*Improved partners’ knowledge, expertise and ability to work with the target groups *Enlarged understanding on techniques that can be used to foster women’ cooperation abilities and planning for internationalization *boosted personal and professional skills for 8 partners’ experts involved in the transnational work sessions in Torino *Formalised 1 innovative MEET&LEARN workshop method *tested the new format in a week long practical testing in Barcellona, involving 16 women form 3 countries interested in internationalization *Organized 3 focus groups to validate and promote the toolkit with 15 educators and other experts in coaching, teaching, adult learners development, SMEs support *Finalized 1 toolkit with at least 6 tools and 6 techniques selected and described *organized 1 international seminar organized on Luqa with 30 participants invited by the partners from all EU countries, to enlarge toolkit visibility, relevance and plan for follow-up actions
