▶Objectives
The project "HAPPY DIVERSITY" aims to become a resource for representatives of parents and carers of pupils with Specific Educational Support Needs. Through the experience of organisations in Spain and Germany, diversity training pathways will be developed.
▶Activities
Tailored training on SEN educational supports will be provided to representatives of parents of pupils and family carers. A support service for access to leisure and cultural activities will be offered. Diversity training pathways and support material will be created for parent associations and families of pupils with SEN. Networking will be created in order to implement the project through coordination and evaluation protocols.
▶Impact
HAPPY DIVERSITY aims to offer training and will produce publications in the hope of reaching 3,750 beneficiaries, training them in the care and inclusion of pupils with SEN. We hope that the itineraries and support material will be a useful resource for people related to this group, giving visibility to the need for inclusion and diversity in educational centres. We will encourage educational institutions to assume their social responsibility.
