▶Objectives
By implementing the project we wanted to achieve the following objectives: - Identify country-specific opportunities and challenges for migrant entrepreneurship. - Create the basic competencies to develop small-scale businesses of immigrant older adults through a learning process based on case studies, using the "Agile Business Design" ("BUSThink") methodology, which will be created specifically for this project. - To provide an entrepreneurial design process focused on attitudinal aspects and agile methodologies with the purpose of achieving the objectives in reasonable times and at the lowest cost. - To enable partner organisations to acquire new skills and competencies to train groups of older people so that they can successfully develop small businesses. The expected results of the project are related to the creation and development of a personalized learning offer that will take into account the needs of adult educators, with the aim of producing an innovative methodology that helps to foster better conditions for immigrant groups, help their integration into society and contribute to the creation of new entrepreneurial activities.

▶Impact
The main results obtained as a result of the execution of the project and aligned with its objectives are fundamentally three: the development of the BUSThink – Agile Business Design methodology that innovatively and synergistically hybridizes three powerful business management and innovation tools: Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking and Kanban, with the aim of offering an agile and effective framework for the development of business projects, on the one hand; on the other, the training of trainers in the BUSThink methodology that involves 6 members (2 for each country) of the staff of the consortium organizations, which allows the sustainability of the project beyond its completion; and finally, the training of 15 immigrants (five for each country of the consortium) in the BUSThink methodology and based on it the development of 15 validated concrete business plans that allow both the personal development of the immigrants, as well as their integration into the social environment and market to which they have emigrated. There are other results that can be considered as supporting the results mentioned above, such as: “Report on Local Mapping”; as well as the documents “BUSThink Guide”, “BUSThink Trainers´s Guide”, among others
