Objectives

The project we have carried out seeks to achieve several key objectives: -To make double discrimination visible: The aim is to highlight the issue of double discrimination suffered by women with disabilities in Europe, addressing both gender and disability discrimination, something that has so far been little reflected in policies and strategies. -Integrating the gender perspective in career guidance: The objective is to incorporate the gender perspective in career guidance processes, focusing specifically on women with disabilities to provide a more tailored attention to their needs and promote their employability. -Promoting equal opportunities: Through career guidance and employment, the project seeks to eliminate the barriers faced by these women and promote equal opportunities, regardless of the territory in which they live. -Promote collaborative work at the European level: The project fosters international cooperation between entities from different European countries, creating a collaborative network and contributing to a shared European identity. -To generate social change: The organizations involved seek to be an engine of change.
