Objectives

The objectives are multifaceted and aim to create a significant impact on both local communities and the broader cultural landscape. The key objectives include: 1. Establish Learning Centers for Creativity: Spanish and Italian NGOs will open the possibility of becoming recognized educational centers for creativity, as innovative ideas can enhance the environment. 2. Increasing entrepreneurship skills: We aim to improve the skills of local entrepreneurs in artificial intelligence (AI) and employ creators, which will boost the local economy and creative industries. 3. Increased job opportunities: For individuals with strong creative skills, we strive to provide more job opportunities and increase the confidence of unemployed adults, despite the challenges faced in the labor market . 4. Create a network: We aim to establish a network among the creative and cultural industry, public institutions , and NGOs to facilitate the exchange of cooperation and best practices . 5. Encourage inclusivity: We strive to include people with less opportunities to ensure that diverse voices and talents are also represented in the creative field. The project enhance individual skills and opportunities and also social cohesion and community development.

Activities

The main activities included: 1.Kick off meeting (Almería): To provide a general overview of the project, outlining its goals, building team dynamics, and fostering mutual trust. 2.Training sessions: We have organized a comprehensive training program in Bolzano , Italy , and Almeria, Spain. The training focused on various aspects of creators and artificial intelligence and its application in the creative process. 3.Creative Residency Program: We have provided internal training facilities for participants from different companies, allowing them to apply their newly acquired skills in real world settings. This practical experience was crucial to enhance their work and boost their confidence . Comments and evaluations : We have created feedback forms to collect insights about their experiences from trained and host companies. This data was essential for assessing the effectiveness of the training and related activities. Professional programs and publishing initiatives. 4.Network activities and Transnational meeting (Bolzano): We have organized a transitional meeting to exchange the best methods among project partners. We discussed policies aimed at increasing creativity and digitization in cultural activities with the use of AI.

Impact

The project results included: 1.Enhanced Skills and Competencies: 12 participants completed the training program, and their understanding of digital technology and AI has greatly improved in the context of creativity. 2.Internships program: 12 creative individuals were assigned to various companies gained practical experience. The feedback from both interns and host companies showed great satisfaction. 3.Partnership Network and Collaboration: We planted the seed for the creation of an international network with creative and cultural industries. 4.Feedback Questionnaires: We assesed the effects of the training and artistic residencies experiences. 5.Final Event. Showcased the results of the training and provided a platform for participants to present their ideas and projects. 6.Documentation and reports: we created deliverables like questionnaires completed by companies and participants at the end of the internship, a platform containing links and information about cultural and creative companies connected during the internships, 7.Increased Inclusivity: This project also focused on including some underprivileged groups. 8. Manual. We created a manual called "How to trasform an association in a creative learning center"
