Objectives

The main objective of PASS3D is generate a new innovative training itineraries aimed at the construction sector. Through the project, VET students will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in both Passivhaus methodologies (inside Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (nZEB)) and digital manufacturing technologies to integrate them into current construction methodologies. In the last aspect, PASS3D will focus on the possibilities that additive manufacturing can offer within the Passivhaus standard.

Activities

PASS3D will carry out an in-depth extension of the needs analysis carried out in the application phase to understand the current situation of the Passivhaus standard and 3D printing, through the actors of the whole value chain involved. From there, a theoretical-practical training will be created around these needs. Finally, in order to evaluate the pedagogical methods with the target audience, a pilot experience will be carried out, in which students will see their role in the building sector.

Impact

O1. Support European companies and SMEs linked to the construction sector in the field of digital transformation and green transition. O2. Improve employability, especially for young people and vulnerable groups linked to digital technologies and standards that promote environmental sustainability. O3. Adapt and update methodologies and contents of VET training programmes and specialised courses to adjust them to the real needs of companies. O4. Promote transnational collaboration in Passivhaus
