SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 1) To generate networks for the exchange of innovative good practices, adapting educational profiles to labour demand. 2) Complement existing educational curricula in the institutions and entities involved. 3)Create new innovative assessment tools/methodologies/methods 4)Contribute to the creation of effective and efficient, connected education systems.
▶Activities
To achieve the overall objective of the project, it will be implemented: ACT.1. PROJECT COORDINATION: INITIAL MEETING, FOLLOW-UP OF ACTIVITIES, TESTING OF RESULTS AND CONTINUOUS AND FINAL EVALUATION. ACT.2 EXCHANGE OF GOOD PRACTICE, RESEARCH ON INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGIES AND CURRICULA. DESIGN OF THE OWN DEGREE 'ASSISTANT CO-PILOT'. MONITORING OF RESULTS ACT.3 COMMUNICATION PLAN AND DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES

The expected results of the project are: - A resource guide that includes good practices, educational methodologies and innovative VET curricula in the area of care for dependent people. - An in-house training course template as 'Co-pilot Assistant' - A comprehensive project management, evaluation and communication plan.
