▶Objectives
1. To provide a learning framework that fosters HE students' sense of initiative and solo-entrepreneurship skills, implementing transdisciplinary approaches and innovative pedagogies. 2. Enhancing self-employment pathways of HE students by promoting the solo-entrepreneurship model and improving opportunities for upskilling and reskilling. 3. Overcome the fragmentation of EU labour market creating a true single market where solo-entrepreneurs can work digitally.
▶Activities
- Mapping and identification of relevant competences for aspiring solo-entrepreneurs and self-employment. - Development of solo-entrepreneurship curricula, tools, training and resources for self-employment. - Build and set-up an e-learning digital warehouse containing project results. - Test and validation of training resources to 200 targets. - Producing guidelines for practitioners and recommendation to policy makers for project scale-up and further sustainability.
