-To develop the skillsets and competencies of learners on the concepts of community-led local development and community owned enterprises in encouraging communities to become ‘enterprising’. -To develop a course syllabus and associated teaching and learning resources, with a possible focus on community enterprise models and finance, by replicating this innovative educational programme on completion of the project.

1.A Mapping analysis on innovative models of community enterprise development in academic communities and Best Practices in HED 2. A course syllabus and associated teaching resources, on community enterprise models, leadership, human resources management in community enterprise; governance / legal entity frameworks; and finance 3. A Digital learning repository creation for building up knowledge, skillsets and competencies of learners on the concepts of community-led local owned enterprises

Knowledge and skillsets of learners on the concepts of community-led local development and community owned enterprises, to apply an empowering and consultative framework in encouraging communities to become ‘enterprising’. 2. Stakeholders engagement with regard to replicating this innovative educational programme 3. Key competences to encourage EU citizens to be enterprising and to formulate innovative solutions to societal problems and to design products of added socio-economic value’.
