Objectives

OpenUS4ALL aims to provide secondary school teachers from ES, PT, EL and TR with a framework that allows them to carry out enriching and flexible STEAM projects within the curriculum and, in addition, to reduce barriers and provide learning opportunities for all students implementing the Universal Design for Learning (and Open Schooling philosophy, without losing sight of the importance and role of digital competences.

Activities

OpenUS4ALL based on the following activities: - Mapping innovative solutions and tools in the field of STEAM, UDL and OpSCH - Co-creation of the innovative Open Universal STEAM methodology - Design and development of OpenUS online platform - Co-creation of Training Programme and WORKSHOPS - Implementation of pilots and development of OpenUA projects - Continuous improvement of the OpenUS methodology - Promotional and awareness-raising activities on STEAM, UDL and OpenSCH

Impact

Developed inclusive and diversity-sensitive OpenUS4ALL METHODOLOGY Successfully trained school teachers - OpenUS4ALL TRAINING PROGRAMME and WORKSHOPS Education brought closer to science by involving HEI in developing new methods. Widespread use of the digital platform by teachers and students - OpenUS4ALL PLATFORM Better informed and more involved pupils in local affairs - Open Universal STEAM PROJECTS New partnerships between education, business, public and social - OpenUS4ALL LEARNING SPACES
