▶Objectives
Considering the unemployment EU rates, the HIRE project aims to: -equip trainers with an inclusive and interactive interview training material -offer them an innovative tool to use for preparing learners and monitoring their progress -provide learners with material and skills needed to thrive an interview -provide learners with a tool to practise and be prepared for a real-life interview -reduce the levels of anxiety/nervousness that candidates usually face during an intervie
▶Activities
Under the HIRE project partners will implement: -project management activities: organisational/administrative tasks, f2f and online meetings, preparation of communication materials, preparation of participants taking part -implementation activities: working sessions, content development for the WPs, organisation and implementation of piloting, focus group and testing activities -dissemination activities: posts on social media and website, articles, promotional videos, sharing & promotion events.
▶Impact
The HIRE project will have the following results: -WP2:The Ultimate Preparation Kit: A training toolset will be developed for VET trainers and learners for interview preparation -WP3:The AI Interview Preparation App: an App using Artificial Intelligence in a Real Interview Process, to help trainees gain experience and familiarise with the first phase of the interview process - WP4: Dissemination results -Learning outcomes/skills acquired through the development and activities of WP2, WP3 & WP4.
