With the implementation of this project we want to introduce innovation in VET through the improvement of teaching and sharing training between schools throughout Europe. Another important aspect that we will address is facilitating inclusion and diversity in professional studies, especially those where work is done in workshops. And finally, we want to address the gender gap, our field is a very male dominated one and we want to give visibility to all those women who work in these specialities

We are going to carry out studies to find out the state of our teachings, how inclusive and diverse our training is and to find out the reason why the female students do not choose to carry out these courses. We are going to improve our workshops and modify our training plans to make them more innovative. Introducing training in virtual reality to adapt our way of teaching and we are going to deal with companies and public organisations to find out the needs of the labour market.

With this project we want the training, methodologies and workshops of our schools to improve and adapt to the demands of the current productive sector. We seek that these trainings are more inclusive and have innovative methodologies such as VR to face the future challenges of the sector. And we also want professional technical studies to have another reception within society and that more women can choose this training without the social pressure that now exists.
