Objectives

The main motivation of the Home4Health project is to generate a common framework at European level encouraging VET organisations, CSOs, institutions and public authorities to address, from a socially inclusive approach, the challenges that arise when addressing homeless people with complex health and trauma issues such as addictions. The proposal aims to increase opportunities for continuous professional and organisational development sharing experiences of good practices at European level.

Activities

The activities the Consortium will implement to reach the project objectives are: Good Practices and GAP Analysis research to adapt VET to labor market needs in the health and social care ecosystems European knowledge and experience sharing meeting. European and National Exchange and Peer-learning Workshops. Transnational Partner Meetings. Dissemination activitites and network events Evaluation processes of all the activities and results Creation of a European Support Network
