▶Objectives
Our project responds to the increase in inactivity in young people, caused by the increase in the use of screens and affecting health, through the increase in obesity, documented by the latest Eurobarometer, and the report of the Gasol Foundation, "Steps". In response, we will intervene in schools, families and clubs, with the objectives set by the WHO, to create an active society, generate healthy active habits and complement the HEPA strategy being carried out by the EU.
▶Activities
The activities we are going to implement to achieve our objectives are: research work on physical fitness and use of screens, annual programme of activities that make up our Healthy Active Life Project, interaction activities with adapted sport athletes, European HEPA Collaboration Plan, through the recommendations and proposals of activities of the local institutions of our consortium and multi-disseminating activities in each country.
▶Impact
We aim to generate healthy physical exercise habits, change routines and fight against sedentary lifestyles in young people, for this, we have created: Sports intervention project at school, annual project of activities that promote an active lifestyle, list of recommendations and activities of the institutions of our countries and final report on physical condition in young people (12-15) in relation to the recommendations of the WHO, in terms of health and physical condition.
