Digit2Me project aims to: • Create a comprehensive curriculum and other pedagogical tools for digital mentoring for vulnerable young people living in rural areas. • Promote their social inclusion and transition to independent living as active members of the rural communities where they live, having in mind, the most vulnerable group among them; young people with disabilities(YPD). • Address some of the challenges that YPD face in rural areas, such as limited access to education and employment
