Based on the needs identified, the OBJECTIVES are as follows: 1)To promote the employability of young people, with the aim of overcoming the mismatch in the labour market. 2)Provide youth workers with tools to guide young people into the future. 3)To create a tool to identify the skills needed for emerging jobs in the actual labour market. 4)Encourage the participation of young people in the continuous monitoring of developments in the world of work.

- Project management (dissemination, quality, risk management, green guide, digital practice plan) - Creation of the Jobs Roadmap platform - Creation of the matching system by profiling professionals and young people - Creation of a theoretical and practical course for educators to support youth in transition phase (18-24) in providing training programmes meant to develop the new skills needed for the actual and future labour market - Pilot phase of the course to the youth educators
