▶Objectives
Key objectives included four sections. First one was developing e-learning courses (Customer Service by RBC, Banking by OATB) for students and the second one enhancing teachers’ digital competencies and use of AI. Third, we wanted to revive international student and staff mobility and fourth, we wanted to create new tools for workplace learning guidance.
▶Activities
For e-learning Development we created two online courses using Moodle, Microsoft OneNote, H5P, AI, and interactive elements (e.g. quizzes, 360° photos). Two exchanges were made —RBC to Zlín in Nov 2023, OATB to Raahe in May 202. Mobilities promoted cultural exchange and strengthened institutional ties. Several workshops were held, e.g. Digital tools workshops for teachers and AI seminars. A workplace training guide was produced and a workshop for workplace guides was held. Regular meetings, surveys, and Erasmus+ toolkit resources were used to ensure quality and goal alignment of the project.
▶Impact
Two functioning e-learning courses with innovative content: Banking and Finance for OATB and Customer Service for RBC. Teachers adopted modern digital tools and AI in teaching. A printed and digital workplace training guide was produced (preferred in printed form by companies). A workshop for workplace guides was held. I nternationalisation strategy developed; RBC earned accreditation. Students gained confidence, intercultural awareness, and digital skills. Significant increase in interest toward future exchanges and international cooperation developed during and thanks to the project. International activities expanded and the staff and students became interested in mobilities and working & studying abroad.
