Objectives

The project aims at enhancing professional training institutions' ability to teach to students a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset to improve their employability. The project connects institutions with sustainable clothing organizations using a trans-sectoral approach through practical simulation scenarios. The adaptive teaching approach, using AI algorithms and digitalization, helps teachers improve their practical skills through Active Learning Methodologies and systems thinking.

Activities

WP1: Project Management; WP2: Identification of good practices in VET institutions related to the Project theme; WP3: Case study development; WP4: Sustainable Adaptive Teachers (including MOOC training and Training Activity); WP5: Virtual simulation development with AI; WP6: Dissemination and Communication (including Dissemination and Communication Plan and Sustainability and Exploitation Plan).

Impact

Reports on innovative strategies and approaches on teaching sustainable entrepreneurship mindsets to students and on networks between VET institutions and sustainable fashion/smart clothing organisations; Students’ videos; virtual simulation scenarios/algorithms; MOOC curriculum and contents; virtual simulation with AI; The 'Adaptive Teacher's Guide to teach sustainable entrepreneurship to students'; virtual CoP; dissemination items; Training Activity and National Conferences outputs.
