▶Activities
1/ Prior to the project, in the preparation phase, we worked on a needs analysis which enabled us to approach the characteristics and problems of each of the partners. ⇨ Data from cooperation work by each of the transnational partners Annex 0 Needs analysis (preliminary work for setting up the project). 2/ We carried out all the planned activities, namely: - Project management and coordination by country - Transnational kick-off meeting - Learning and training activities Fr. - Learning and training activities It. - Learning and training activities Be. - Transnational review meeting - Reflection project 2 - Intellectual production and visibility of resources - Work on the prospects for a project 2
▶Impact
⇨ Overall implementation of the project: setting up two transnational meetings (start-up and assessment) and project management time via an annual schedule and appropriate digital tools. ⇨ Setting up and carrying out : - 3 learning and training activities Fr. Be. It. Assessments. - Intellectual production and visibility of transnational resources with 39 productions on self-determination and housing. - Group dynamics/inter-knowledge through the use of collective intelligence tools (co-development - GPC - Restitutions - Inclusions...). ⇨ External partnerships: making contacts - meetings - exchanges - mapping players by country. ⇨ On the political side: elected representatives and departments were involved in our project at local, departmental and federal level. ⇨ Participants in total: around 800 people with disabilities, relatives, carers, elected representatives from associations/public authorities. ⇨ Prospects: the setting up of a project 2 is currently under consideration.
