The WETCI project aimed to facilitate entrepreneurship for women who wish to do so, by providing resources and courses of action. One of the underlying objectives was to show alternative ways of doing business, based on cooperation and intrapreneurship, which seemed to us to meet the needs already identified among women entrepreneurs. We also wanted to show that women can succeed not only by becoming self-sufficient entrepreneurs, but also by building strong partnerships and integrating into support networks that energize local territories. Through testimonials, transnational exchanges, the construction of a short training program and the production of an e-book highlighting many of the careers of women entrepreneurs, we sought to raise awareness of these models, to support professional inclusion and to share knowledge that can be used both by women entrepreneurs themselves and by training organisations or support structures.

The WETCI project was structured around the following activities : Throughout the project, the management and coordination activity took place, which was not without twists and turns (details in the presentation of the activity itself) but which we managed, together with our partner, to implement together despite the difficulties. A kick-off meeting in France launched the project and allowed for a first sharing of experiences. We then organized three activities : - Focus 1 : Being a woman entrepreneur (Greece) - Focus 2 - Creating and leading a cooperation (France) - Focus 3 - Offering intrapreneurship (France) We finally designed and run a short training program, given in Greece, in order to test our educational tools in real situations. Throughout the project, we carried out communication actions to raise awareness, including updates on the dedicated page on the KEJAL website, the social media of our 2 structures, the engagement of the local press, the dissemination of the project by taking advantage of various local events, and of course the dissemination of the final results on all these platforms as well as the results platform and EPALE.

The WETCI project has led to the production of several documents : - an e-book, translated into French, English and Greek : this document, designed to be used by everyone and in several situations (reading for inspiration, inclusion in training programs, in support courses, etc.), is the result of the meetings and testimonies that took place throughout the program, and the resources that can be drawn from them (knowledge, methodologies, ways of doing business, documentary resources, support networks, etc.) ; - a short training program, accompanied by a focus on cooperative and intrapreneurial legal forms, also translated into the 3 languages : this document is intended for training and support organizations, and allows both to provide useful knowledge on possible ways of doing business but also a proposal for animation that leads to free speech from the participants on what they are experiencing and how to take it into account ; - 2 testimonial videos from program participants, with English or French subtitles, that tell a lot about the results in terms of personal impact of the program on the participants, as well as its European and intercultural dimension.
