▶Objectives
The objectives were to : - to reduce the digital gap among the population, in particular the beneficiaries of Casa delle Culture ; - to enable an Italian social centre to offer digital workshops enabling beneficiaries to understand and access their rights; - to improve the digital skills of staff working with beneficiaries of Casa delle Culture and Case delle Donne - boosting the staff's skills of Crefad Loire by transferring the acquired digital skills thanks to the training by the employees of the Orange Solidarités organisation.
▶Activities
We carried out four activities: - a launching event to kick off the project and sign the partnership agreement ; - a diagnostic to better know the Casa delle Culture and its needs, to meet its partners and to identify the needs of the local population ; - a five-day training course in France : five volunteers from Casa delle Culture were trained in digital tools to familiarise themselves with them, to identify the various institutional platforms that provide access to rights and to discover digital applications for learning languages. - the inauguration of the Casa Digitale in Jesi with all the volunteers, elected representatives and beneficiaries in a warm atmosphere of mutual trust.
