Smart Waste Management Solutions in VET schools

The reason we applied for this project was our recognition of the urgent need to reduce the environmental impact of waste generated, particularly from the technical work conducted in the workshops at our vocational and technical schools. Waste produced in our schools was often not managed efficiently, and the existing waste management methods were neither effective nor sustainable. With this project, we aimed to develop IoT (Internet of Things) based smart waste management solutions. The main purpose of the project is to address important issues related to waste management in vocational and technical schools, especially integrating innovative solutions supported by IoT (Internet of Things).
