Multilingualism is essential for open, heterogeneous, democratic and prosperous societies. While the scientific evidence demonstrates that the emotion of pleasure is crucial in learning successfully, research shows that a majority of pupils in European schools take little pleasure in learning a language due to language anxiety. SLS4Teens project aims at improving the teaching-learning of languages using innovative methods of oral learning and of the emotional and affective security of learners.
