The main objective of this project is to raise awareness, equip and train of the perception of the added value of IM on the employability of young people by analysing the specific skills they acquire during this experience and developing adapted tools. This should enable young people to better promote their mobility. Students frome France, Spain and Croatia will be trained to the use of tools to strengthen their ability to promote their mobility within the employment sector.

In order to achieve the objectives, several activities will take place. In order to set up the tools and guides to help young people, the consortium will come together to draft the resources. Conferences and focus groups will be organised to discuss the needs of the students. Several training sessions will take place to train students to value their mobility. All these steps will be accompanied by dissemination and communication activities around events bringing together the project's actors.

At the end of the project, students who have experienced international mobility will be able to use this experience in their professional development (cover letter, interview, etc.). The guides and the different tools developed during the project will be used and shared with a large panel of young people so that they can also benefit from them. This project should also allow for a larger scale to value mobility and make it an asset for recruiters.
