We aim to provide innovative training for overcoming the challenges of teachers and develop methods to be valid in all Europe through non-formal educational activities. It will focus on developing essential skills for teachers who are working with SEN students in all branches. The sessions will follow the Kolb model for different learning styles and contain activities for each type of learning. Activities

Activity-Based Intervention Practices in Special Education which we will implement in the scope of the project Analysis of current trends and development of Manual of Good Practices for training to train the teachers and fortify their teaching skills. Development of training program and toolkit TPMS to plan and end up the project LTTAs to test and improve training materials Pilot testing in every country, also create awareness among mainstream students Multiplier events and final conference

Impact

The main project results are: Manual of Best practices - teachers and trainers will have access to a resource that gathers the world's best practices in prevention of aggressive behavior in the school environment 'Train the Trainer '' program - teachers and trainers will be equipped with all needed training materials on how to deliver STAIRS training eLearning system - STAIRS training teachers and parents workshop will be available on an online platform (OER) in a learner-friendly format
