Objectives

Terrinov aims to strengthen inclusion, diversity, social innovation, and the employability of young people and adults in vocational education and training through transnational cooperation and the development of collective territorial skills. The project seeks to create an educational environment that is accessible to all, promoting active participation from its target audiences, including those facing social, economic, or cultural challenges. Partnerships forged among project partners and relevant institutions have enabled the exchange of best practices and experiences, while respecting local specificities. The project also mobilises local stakeholders—training organisations, businesses, local authorities, and associations—to design integration pathways tailored to labor market needs, encouraging social innovation and collective intelligence. Terrinov’s objective is to offer its target groups—unemployed young people and adults—a better outlook by advancing diversity, fostering innovation in vocational training, strengthening territorial connections, and showcasing collective skills for sustainable local and European intersectoral development.

Activities

As part of this project, a broad range of complementary activities were implemented to strengthen inclusion, innovation, and territorial collective skills. Regular exchanges and the establishment of transnational cooperation networks among partners from different countries and sectors enabled the sharing of innovative practices. The transfer of experiences was achieved through evaluation sessions, interactive presentations, and pilot experiments conducted at both the transnational and territorial levels, allowing for new approaches to be tested, adjusted, and validated. Strategic training sessions were delivered to local stakeholders; favorable conditions for the emergence of innovative projects were identified, and forward-looking workshops were held to anticipate and address future challenges. To ensure communication, capitalisation, and dissemination of results, a dedicated website was launched, a summary book was produced, and an active outreach strategy was deployed through a shared digital platform available on the official 'Mon bureau numérique' website, guaranteeing the visibility and sustainability of project actions at both local and European levels
