▶Objectives
REACT aims to improve the visit experience of ALL visitors, and especially visitors with special needs and/or adults, families and kids, away from culture for different reasons (allophone public, disadvantaged environment, low-skilled adults...). We wish to equip and train professionals in order to expand the offer of digital cultural mediation promoting the inclusion, on site and online, of cultural institutions and thus, face the changes and challenges of the museum sector.
▶Activities
A first set of activities will aim at creating a European portal on digital accessibility in the museum sector, gathering interviews of experts, case studies, a directory of key actors and tools. A second batch of activities will lead to the practical trainings of professionals. A third batch of activities will allow the creation of inclusive digital cultural content with associated partners. Implementation guides and multiplier events will ensure the dissemination of the project’s results.
▶Impact
In terms of tangible results, we expect the production of at least 75 pedagogical resources, 3 e-learning modules with webinars, 2 implementation guides, 1 training activity and the co-production of 10 inclusive visit experiences with their creation guide. The participation in the different training activities will be valued by the European certification tools.
