EVIVA-PEIVPRO aims to enhance experiential learning by integrating interactive virtual immersions into social and healthcare training programmes. The project seeks to increase learner engagement, develop technical and interpersonal skills, promote inclusion and improve preparation for real-life professional situations. It also aims to enhance the image of social-care professions, strengthen the attractiveness of training pathways and better align acquired competences with labour-market needs. The immersive experiences enable students to confront complex professional situations in a virtual environment and consolidate their learning before entering the field.

In summary, EVIVA-PEIVPRO implemented the following actions: - Co-construction of content between training centres, field structures and technological partners; - Scenarisation of three typical working days based on real professional situations in the social and healthcare sector; - 360° immersive video recording within partner structures, involving professionals and residents; - Production of interactive immersive learning units from the filmed material; - Design of training modules based on the immersions, including theoretical input, practice analysis, role-play, and reflective debriefing; - Testing with target groups (students, trainers and professionals) in the three territories; - Adjustments and improvements based on user feedback; - Dissemination and deployment of the training modules to ensure appropriation, pedagogical use, and transferability.

The project produced innovative immersive resources and strengthened experiential learning within social and healthcare training programs. Concretely, EVIVA-PEIVPRO led to: - three virtual-reality immersive pathways, translated and usable across the three territories (FR, IT, ES); - a training programme composed of six modules integrating theoretical contributions, practice analysis, simulations and reflective debriefings; - two successful testing phases with students, trainers and professionals, followed by improvements; - measurable gains in motivation, empathy and understanding of professional situations, strengthening job readiness; - a lasting dynamic of pedagogical innovation, bringing together training centres, professional structures and technological actors; - concrete, transferable and accessible resources, now integrated and disseminated across the partner territories.
